Novus Tec operates the Coachingerfolg Content Manager platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect
- Account: Email address and hashed password (bcrypt).
- OAuth Tokens: Encrypted TikTok access and refresh tokens to publish content on your behalf.
- Content: Video files (temporarily during upload), captions, and publishing history.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and manage your account.
- To connect with TikTok and publish content as authorized by you.
- To display your publishing history in the dashboard.
4. Legal Basis
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing necessary to provide the service.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For connecting third-party accounts.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All data stored on EU servers (Germany).
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12).
- All connections encrypted via TLS.
- Video files are deleted immediately after upload to TikTok.
- No third-party analytics or tracking.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a CSRF protection cookie. No tracking cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
When you connect TikTok, data is shared with ByteDance (TikTok) as required for content publishing. TikTok has its own privacy policy.
